Terms of Use

The terms for using the couver.ai website.

Effective 18 October 2026

These terms

These terms apply to your use of the couver.ai website, which is run by Couver. By using the site you accept them.

Couver’s engineering work and Couver Evidence are governed by their own agreements. If you use Couver Evidence, see the Couver Evidence Terms of Use. How we handle personal information is in the Privacy Policy.

Using the site

Use the site lawfully. Do not try to disrupt it, to reach parts of it or its hosting that are not public, or to use it to harm anyone.

If you find a security problem, report it to security@couver.ai and do not use it further.

Content and marks

The site’s text, design and artwork, and the Couver and Couver Evidence names and marks, belong to Couver. All rights reserved. You may read the site, print or save pages for your own use, and share links to it. Anything more needs our written permission.

Other names and marks on the site, such as Microsoft 365 Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude, belong to their owners. Naming them does not mean they endorse Couver.

Information on the site

The site describes Couver and its work in general terms. Nothing on it is an offer to contract or professional advice, and descriptions of our work and products may change without notice.

No warranty

The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it is accurate, complete or always available.

Limitation of liability

The site is free to use. To the extent the law allows, Couver is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on anything on it. This does not limit liability for fraud, for wilful or grossly negligent conduct, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of Namibia, and the courts of Namibia decide any dispute about them. If you use the site as a consumer, you keep any protection of your home country’s law that cannot be excluded.

If a court finds part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the new version is posted on this page with the date it takes effect. This version is effective from 18 October 2026.
